Overseasidol.com — On the evening of September 13, the 2nd Golden Panda Awards ceremony was held in Chengdu, Sichuan.
Actor Zhu Yilong won the Best Actor Award in the film category for his outstanding performance in The Shadowless Tower.
Taking the stage, Zhu Yilong expressed his gratitude and love for Chengdu. He praised the city’s culture, food, and warm hospitality, saying the Golden Panda Awards serve as a bridge for global dialogue.
He thanked the jury, director Wei Shujun, cinematographer Cheng Ma, writer Yu Hua, and everyone who contributed to the film.
Zhu also expressed heartfelt thanks to the audiences who supported the movie.
He ended his speech with a powerful note, “Cinema lives on, and exploration never stops. I will continue to stay curious, keep exploring, and keep working hard,”.
