Overseasidol.com — On June 26, a netizen claiming to be the top fan of actor Liu Xuancheng, known for his lead role in the drama “Revenged Love”, made serious allegations online.
The fan stated that Liu used the pretense of a romantic relationship to persuade her to send money during his livestreams and via private transfers.
She also claimed that while dating her, Liu rekindled his relationship with his ex-girlfriend and allegedly used her money to go on vacation with the ex.
After being confronted, he reportedly refused to return the funds.
The fan is now demanding that Liu Xuancheng repay a total of 300,000 yuan (approximately USD 41,000), which she says includes both livestream earnings and private transfers.
In response, Liu Xuancheng’s management company released an official statement denying all accusations.
They stated that the matter had already been settled through legal proceedings, and emphasized that Liu had not engaged in any illegal activity.
They also warned of legal action against those spreading defamatory content.
Liu Xuancheng himself reshared the company’s statement and added a brief message, “No fraud, no cheating,”.
