The People’s Court of Hongjiang City has issued a public notice announcing the delivery of the lawsuit documents and court summons to Taizhou Benzhen Glasses Co., Ltd. Under legal procedures, the documents will be deemed officially served 30 days after the public announcement is issued.
The case is scheduled for trial on March 5, 2026, with Jackson Yee filing the lawsuit as the plaintiff.
Court records show that Jackson is requesting the defendant to immediately cease infringing upon his portrait and name rights.
He is also demanding a public apology, along with financial compensation totaling 505,000 yuan, covering both economic losses and reasonable expenses incurred in protecting his legal rights.
