According to Taiwanese media reports, the New Taipei District Prosecutors Office has launched a fourth round of searches as part of the ongoing investigation, involving several public figures.
Prince Chiu was brought to the police station for questioning and to provide an official statement.
As of now, there has been no further confirmation regarding his legal status in the case.
He is widely known as a member of the popular Taiwanese boy group Lollipop (Bang Bang Tang), which gained significant fame in the region.
Over the years, he has built a career both in music and acting.
The actor had previously made headlines in 2025 due to a personal controversy involving the marriage of fellow actor Zack Fanchiang.
Reports at the time alleged that Prince Chiu had an inappropriate relationship with Fanchiang’s wife, sparking widespread public discussion.
He later admitted to crossing boundaries and issued a public apology.
