Overseasidol.com — Chinese idol group SNH48 has officially announced their latest EP, marking their 42nd single titled “Love Ver.”.
The track is set to become a vibrant summer anthem for 2026.
The song was first teased during the SNH48 12th Request Time BEST30 Concert, where it received strong reactions from fans and quickly built anticipation ahead of its official release.
The production involves an international creative team.
The lyrics were written by Tang Che, while the composition and arrangement were handled by Lucas and Ha Tae Won from ARTMATIC and IRIS.
The result is a catchy and refreshing pop track tailored for the summer season.
This EP features a large senbatsu lineup consisting of members from multiple sister groups, including SNH48, GNZ48, BEJ48, CKG48, and CGT48.
SNH48 is represented by You Miao, Zhou Tongyue, Hu Xiaohui, Tang Chengcheng, Yang Yuxin, Ye Fan, Jiang Shuting, Li Jiaen, Lin Jiayi, Yan Na, and Yang Bingyi.
The sister group GNZ48 is represented by Chen Shuyu, Zhang Qiongyu, Xu ChuWen, and Ye Shuqi, while BEJ48 is represented by Zheng Zhaoxuan, Ma Xinyu, Sun Jiafu, Zhou Xiang, and Zhu Hongrong.
CKG48 sent Lei Yuxiao and Zhu Ruiyuan, while the youngest sister group, CGT48, is comprised of Qin Ludan and Tan Sihui.
The music video was filmed in Shenzhen, China, showcasing bright and romantic summer visuals that complement the song’s theme.
The release also serves as part of the build-up to SNH48’s 13th General Election, one of the group’s most significant annual events
