Overseasidol.com — After returning to single life, many fans noticed that Bright Norraphat has become even more fit, sparking curiosity about whether he is working out for a new romance.

In a recent interview, Bright explained that he started being more active last month simply because he had more free time. “I just enjoy sports,” he said with a laugh.

“People keep teasing me, asking how many sports I plan to try in my lifetime. But I’m not doing this for abs, I just want to be healthy and not too tired,”.

He added that hiking and outdoor activities have become part of his routine. “They’re fun and help me connect with nature. I also enjoy spending time alone,” he shared.

When asked if single life allows him more self-care time, Bright smiled, saying, “Yes, I have more time for myself now. I don’t have to wait for anyone or worry about someone waiting for me. It was strange at first because I used to always have someone to miss, but now I’m very comfortable being alone. I feel free,”.

Bright said that despite being single, he doesn’t feel lonely. “I sleep well alone now,” he joked.

“After work, I go home, rest deeply, and wake up to the sound of birds. My body feels healthier too.”

Reflecting on his past relationships, Bright admitted that he took each one seriously. “I always imagined marriage and family,” he said.

“So when things ended, it hurt because those dreams were gone. Now I just want to take things slowly.

If I meet someone again, I hope to spend more time getting to know them and the people around them before deciding on a relationship,”.

He emphasized that he isn’t in a rush for love. “I’m happy living my ‘single uncle’ life right now,” he laughed.

Bright also shared that his emotional barriers are high, not because of age, but experience.

“I’ve been through relationships that didn’t work out. Now I just go with the flow. If the right person comes along, it’ll happen naturally,”.

He prefers starting as friends, saying, “I don’t believe in chasing first, then getting to know each other. People tend to wear masks that way. I’d rather see the real person through friendship,”.

Bright concluded the interview warmly: “I’ve always loved myself, but now I’m learning to love myself more to value myself every day and keep growing,”.
