The misleading claims have caused public misunderstanding and negatively impacted his reputation.
In an official statement released on February 12, 2026, his agency Domundi, under Man Dee Work Co., Ltd., confirmed that legal measures are being taken to protect the actor.
According to the statement, the false news originated from a specific social media account, which was widely reposted and gained millions of views, allowing the misinformation to spread rapidly across platforms.
The agency also pointed out that another account repeatedly quoted and amplified the misleading content despite previous legal actions having already been initiated.
This repeated behavior is considered a serious violation and a direct harm to the artist.
Domundi further revealed that they are currently collecting additional evidence against other accounts involved in sharing or redistributing the false information.
All gathered evidence will be processed according to Thai legal procedures.
The management has also requested cooperation from digital platforms to review and suspend accounts or content found to be spreading false claims, in order to prevent further damage.
The agency urged the public to stop sharing unverified information and to wait for the official outcome of the ongoing legal process.
