Overseasidol.com — On September 26, the nomination list for the 38th China Golden Rooster Awards was officially revealed.
The 2025 China Golden Rooster and Hundred Flowers Film Festival will be held in Xiamen, Fujian, from November 11 to November 15.
The award ceremony will take place on November 15, gathering filmmakers and fans to celebrate the glory of Chinese cinema.
Films such as ‘Big World”, “The Lychee Road”, “Detective Chinatown 1900”, “Her Story”, “The Dumpling Queen”, and “The Volunteers: The Battle of Life and Death” earned nominations across 20 categories, including Best Feature Film, Best Screenplay, Best Director, and Best Actor and Actress.
In the Best Actor category, Da Peng, Zhu Yilong, Liu Haoran, Jackson Yee, and Huang Xiaoming are nominated. Jackson Yee received his fourth Golden Rooster nomination for his role in Big World.
