Chinese short drama actress Liu Nian has officially denied online rumors linking her to an alleged love triangle that circulated on social media on June 29, 2026.
The speculation began after several entertainment accounts posted anonymous allegations using only initials, claiming that an actress with the initial “L” was involved in another couple’s relationship.
The rumors quickly led many internet users to speculate about Liu Nian, along with actors Chen Tianxiang and He Congrui.
In response, Liu Nian released a firm public statement, saying that all allegations were completely false and fabricated.
She stated that the misleading rumors had seriously damaged her reputation and negatively affected her acting career.
Liu Nian also demanded that the accounts responsible remove the defamatory posts and issue a public apology within 24 hours, warning that legal action would be taken if they failed to comply.
As of now, no evidence has been presented to support the circulating claims.
